I just lost 9 dollars paying the kids to pick up the walnuts that fall from our trees, 5 cents a walnut. If I were smarter and had more time, I'd collect the walnuts, and sell them for the $9 a pound they're worth and make a $40 profit. But alas I'm not that smart and I don't have any time!

I think I'd delete that previous comment. Seems a little fishy.
Also, my great-grandma used to pay us 1 CENT for each grasshopper we caught. I think your kids have an EXCELLENT part time job in comparison.
